A family of 4 in Cool Springs, TN is looking for a warm, dependable Family Household Assistant to join their team! The family has two sweet, affectionate girls, ages 9 and 5. The girls are in school full time, so the role will be an even mix of childcare and household responsibilities. They are looking for someone who can keep the house running and help with pick up and after-school routines for the girls. Candidates should be self-motivated, highly trustworthy, and ready to jump in wherever needed in a busy home with dual-carerr parents! The ideal candidate is fun, loves being around kids, organized and self-motivated! The family is offering a six-month guarantee, with the potential for the role to become long-term and expand in responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: school pick up, after school activities, homework help, play and attentive engagement with the kids, kitchen clean-up, house management and overall upkeep, laundry, daily tidying, grocery shopping, running errands, organization, keeping the home stocked, calendar management, help with travel logistics and more!
The ideal schedule is Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. They are offering $35/hr+ DOE, a health insurance stipend, 5 days of PTO and 2 sick days. These benefits are based on the guarantee of 6 months. There is the potential for overtime! They are also looking for flexibility for the occasional date night or overnight as parents do both travel for work. A nanny vehicle is provided Candidates must be CPR and First-Aid Certified and have a minimum of 3+ years of experience. There are currently no pets in the home, but candidates should be pet friendly as it is a possibility down the road.
