A mom in Belle Meade is looking for a family assistant to join her home! There is one child, age 4.5 years old. She is looking for someone who can help with both childcare and household tasks! The ideal candidate is willing to follow a routine schedule and jump in or adapt wherever needed to make the day to day run smoothly. This is a Christian home and the family is looking for someone who is aligned with those beliefs and willing to promote them with the child! The little girl is in school 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will need to balance childcare and household tasks. Mom and grandparents are very hands-on, so the candidate must be comfortable working closely alongside the family and keeping mom informed with pictures and updates! She is looking for someone proactive, loving, creative and silly and dedicated to education and growth! The child is artistic, loves nature, theater and music. The ideal candidate understands how a household works and can jump right in! Experience with food allergies is a plus!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Childcare, planning educational activities and outings, driving to and from school and activities, laundry, errands, meal prep, organization, daily tidying, dealing with household vendors and more!
Schedule is Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm. The schedule will be supplied the Saturday before with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. She is offering $35/hr, two weeks of PTO and 3 sick days included. A gas and phone stipend are also included! Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
