A family of 5 in Nashville, TN is looking for a professional housekeeper to help maintain their home. The family is currently based in Franklin, but will be moving into their new home in Oak Hill in January. The family also owns a property in Leiper’s Fork. The housekeeper should be comfortable traveling to Leiper’s Fork 1 to 2 days a week. The ideal candidate is motivated and comfortable establishing systems in a new home. The family is looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating a home environment. They want a housekeeper who takes pride in their work, is proactive, and enjoys supporting an active family.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Deep cleaning, daily cleaning, dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, laundry, bedding, create and maintain organizational systems, seasonal needs, cleaning patio areas, keeping home stocked, report maintenance or repair needs, handle deliveries, light entertaining help, run errands as needed, and more!
The ideal schedule is Monday – Friday 8-4 or 9-5pm with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. Benefits include a health insurance stipend, two weeks of PTO and 4 sick days. The family does have a dog, so candidates must be pet friendly. A minimum of 3+ years of full-time housekeeping experience is required.
